Ni Ramen serves made-from-scratch Japanese noodle soup, small plates, rice bowls, and more! We believe there’s no shortcut when it comes to ramen broth, ramen egg, or pork Chashu. That’s why we spend 8 hours creating fresh pork broth, 4 hours making Pork Chashu and 24 hours marinating our Ajitsuke Tamago.
